Celebrate the Fall Holidays with Beth Immanuel
Time to start planning for the fall holidays. We hope you can join us this year to celebrate the LORD's Appointed Times.
The festivals come late this year. Rosh Hashanah begins Sunday night, October 2.
Download this pdf file for a schedule of our holiday services at Beth Immanuel.
Here are some changes to the schedule that are new for this year.
- Erev Rosh Hashanah Meal (Sunday October 2) will be a ticketed event: $15.00 per adult, $45.00 max for family, kids 12 and under are free. To obtain tickets, you must RSVP by submitting an email to Beth Immanuel.
- Hoshana Rabba (Sunday October 23) services begin at 7:00am. Hoshana Rabba services will be followed by a hamburger and hot-dog fundraiser in the Sukkah and games and events for the kids.
- Simchat Torah moves to Simchat Torah. This year we will comply with the Jewish calendar by moving Simchat Torah to the actual day of Simchat Torah (Tishrei 23) in the Diaspora. We will move our main Simchat Torah celebration to the previous evening. So put on your dancing shoes for the evening of Monday, October 24.
