Our Community

Beth Immanuel is more than a congregation, we are a community of disciples, deeply connected by our common faith. Many families have chosen to live within walking distance of our building in order to better keep the Sabbath and nurture relationship. That places our community within the broader community of Hudson, Wisconsin.

Hudson is a scenic, historic, river town situated in the St. Croix River Valley. Our neighborhood is full of many beautiful Victorian-era homes. Hudson's historic downtown area features unique gift shops, coffee shops, flower shops, and antique stores. Hudson is a wonderful place for family, and our school district is known to be among the best.

The Sisterhood

The Beth Immanuel Sisterhood is a fellowship of the women of Beth Immanuel.

Beth Immanuel Torah School (BITS)

BITS is a Yeshua-focused Torah learning program for children ages 5 to 12.

Men's Choir

The Beth Immanuel Men's Choir infuses the Sabbath prayers with melody.

Beth Immanuel's Kosher Kitchen

Beth Immanuel has a kosher kitchen staffed by volunteers from the community.

Chevra Kadisha

The Chevra Kadisha (Holy Society) is responsible for the preparation and burial of the deceased in accordance with traditional Jewish customs.

Children's Library

Our expanding Children’s Library is located in the classroom on the third floor. These books are available for families to enjoy while attending Beth Immanuel services and to check out to enjoy at home.
